ROME -- Shorter University's two-time defending national champion competitive cheerleading program will host a middle school cheer clinic this Friday, March 25, at the Winthrop-King Centre from 5-7 p.m.
The clinic is open to all males and females currently enrolled in grades 5-8 who would like to better their cheerleading skills, have fun, meet new friends and spend time on the mat cheering with Shorter's national champion athletes.
The clinic costs $30 per participant. Those interested are encouraged to pre-register by March 24 by emailing Shorter head cheerleading coach Rachel Magness at email@example.com to receive $5 off the camp fee. Campers can also register at the door.
